What people ask us before booking.
Do guests need to install an app?
No. Memorea opens in the phone's browser: guests join through the QR code at the event, or by typing the event code at memorea.pt. There are no accounts or installs.
How does photo printing work at the event?
Each guest takes a photo with their own phone, or picks one they already have, chooses one of the event's custom frames and sends it to the Memorea station. The photo is printed within a few minutes, on site, and — if the guest wishes — also goes into the event's digital gallery.
How many photos can each guest print?
It depends on the plan: Essencial, 2 printed photos per guest; Completo, 5 printed photos per guest; Premium, unlimited printed photos per guest.
How much does Memorea cost?
Plans start at 350 € + VAT (Essencial), 600 € + VAT (Completo) and 1200 € + VAT (Premium). The price of each event depends on the number of guests, the duration and the district: the calculator on this page gives an instant estimate, and the final price is the one in the written proposal we send on request, with no obligation.
Which areas do you cover?
Portugal. The calculator estimates travel to the 18 districts of mainland Portugal; for the islands, or for an event over several days, ask us for a tailor-made proposal.
What is needed at the venue?
Space for the Memorea station and a stable power supply. We bring the station with the printer and everything else the event needs.
Do guests' photos stay private?
Yes. Each event's page and gallery are private: they can only be reached through the QR code or the event link, and we ask search engines not to index them. Each guest decides whether their photo goes into the gallery, and photos are deleted from our server 90 days after the event.
